Hands-on VSM practitioner who facilitates Kaizens, provide expertise on the tool, coach, and partner with the broader teams to drive transformation through lean, digital and automation.\nBuild and deliver hands-on training/programs on Lean methods, focusing on people development, such as Kaizen Facilitator Training, Value Stream Mapping, Foundational Tools, Moonshine Academy, etc.\nLead hands on initiatives (Kaizens, just-do-its, Projects) through implementation of Lean tools & philosophy to drive process improvement (value stream mapping, standard work, kaizen, Daily Management, Transactional Process Improvement, Problem Solving, etc).\nDeploy operational strategies around SQDC and sustainability. \nDevelop, Identify, and deploy Lean tools designed to drive core revenue growth of the business (e.g. Kanban, Inventory Management at Gemba, Level Loading, TPM, SMED, etc).\nAssess current team organizational competency; assist in the development of the GE Vernova Roadmap for the Corporate Functions and other as needed.\nManage overall governance and key operating processes (Hoshin Kanri initiatives, etc.) and ensure coordination at leadership team level and through the organization.\nCreate an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction. \nLead transformation initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end processes.\nQualifications/Requirements\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Operations, or Business\nMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives\nDemonstrated sustainable changes successfully in manufacturing and transactional environments through end-to-end Value Stream Mapping.\nImpactful communicator with experience working and leading cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations - understands how to navigate geographies, cultures, relationships, etc. \nHighly collaborative person, comfortable with conflict and debate normally associated with change. \nProven mentoring and coaching abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others and to lead with humility, transparency, and focus. \nStrong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills; ability to conceptualize, structure, and present compelling stories to a wide range of audiences.\nStrong alignment with GE Vernova Way, including being a strong advocate for creating diverse and inclusive environments.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong Value Stream Map practitioner in complex manufacturing environments\nProblem solver able to develop a clear action plan and execute to drive impact across a global organization\nChange agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organization\nExcellent business and financial acumen \nStrategic & system thinker\nStrong project management and process improvement skills\nChange agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organization\nLTT/XLP/CAS graduate preferred\nGE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
