사전 검토함.\n도면 배포 관리: 생산팀이 항상 최신 승인 도면을 사용하여 작업할 수 있도록 도면 배포 프로세스를 관리함.\n 기술 가교 역할: 설계 부서와 생산 현장 사이의 기술적 소통 창구로서, 설계 문서의 적기 배포(OTD)를 관리하고 설계와 관련된 제조상 이슈를 해결함.\n기술 사양 최적화: 복잡한 기술 사양을 생산 인력이 이해하기 쉬운 제작 도면 및 작업 지침서로 변환하여 전달함.\n협력사 도면 관리: 협력사에 제공되는 제작 도면을 관리하여, 생산 요건과 품질 기준이 엄격히 준수되도록 감독함.\n생산 현장 기술 지원: 설계 문제로 인해 발생하는 품질 이슈를 생산 현장에서 즉각적으로 지원함.\n 제작 절차서 개발: 계약 요건, 관련 코드(규정) 및 제작 표준에 부합하는 제조 절차서와 작업 표준서를 개발함.\nLean 및 공정 개선 참여: 설계 팀과 협력하여 HRSG 제작 최적화를 위한 Lean 과제와 공정 개선 활동에 참여함.\n자격 요건 (Required Qualifications)\n전문대학 이상 공학 전공자\n신입 또는 설계 경력 3년 이상\n3D CAD 설계 및 검토 능숙자\n우대 사항 (Desired Qualifications)\n3D 모델링 역량 보유자\nEssential Responsibilities\nAs an Engineer you will:\n Review engineering documents (E-BOM/Drawings) against pre-flight checklists to ensure shop floor readiness.\nManage drawing distribution to ensure the production team always works with the latest, controlled versions.\nAct as a technical bridge between Engineering and the Production shop, ensuring OTD and resolving design-driven manufacturing issues.\nTranslate complex technical specifications into clear fabrication drawings and instructions for production staff.\nManage manufacturing drawings for sub-suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to production requirements and quality standards.\nDevelop manufacturing procedures and work instructions aligned with contract requirements, codes, and fabrication standards.\nProvide rapid technical support on the shop floor to resolve quality issues driven by engineering\nLead Lean initiatives and process improvements to optimize HRSG fabrication with engineering team.\nRequired Qualifications\nEngineering major from a technical college\nProficient in 3D CAD design & review\nEntry level or over 3 years engineering experience\nDesired
