Transmission des informations aux services concernés afin de résoudre les incidents détectés.\nAnimer ou participer activement aux réunions de transmission de quart (shift hand-over) pour assurer une continuité parfaite du flux opérationnel.\nContribuer à des projets d'amélioration continue transversaux, en partageant l'expertise acquise sur le terrain pour influencer les décisions d'ingénierie à long terme.\n\nQualifications requises\nDiplôme d'ingénieur ou (diplôme d'études secondaires/équivalent avec expérience pertinente), plus :\n3 ans ou plus d'expérience en ingénierie de fabrication.\nAptitudes personnelles :Excellente capacité de communication.\nGestion du stress et réactivité face à l'imprévu.\nEsprit collaboratif et orienté vers les solutions.\n\nThe Manufacturing Engineer acts as the technical and operational anchor of the plant, serving as the link between manufacturing engineering strategy and daily shop-floor execution.\nRole and Responsibilities\n Technical Production Support:Provide immediate technical assistance to production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement sustainable corrective actions (mechanical, electrical, or procedural) to enhance equipment reliability.\nSupport new processes or production line deployment.\n\n Operational Performance Oversight:Drive shift performance by closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs),\n\nproduction throughput, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).\nIdentify, quantify, and eliminate bottlenecks to maximize overall productivity.\nStandardize work methods and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the shift.\nAutonomy and Decision-Making under Supervision:Demonstrate immediate decision-making autonomy on the shop floor during technical incidents, assessing impacts on safety, quality, and production schedules.\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for technicians and operators, while maintaining regular reporting lines with management for high-impact financial or organizational decisions.\nProactively prioritize tasks to ensure shift objectives are met, even in high-pressure environments.\n\n Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as the representative for various departments (Quality, Planning, Procurement, Methods) during the evening shift.
