From greenfield commissioning to scaling for long-term growth, you will be the engine that ensures our materials, production, and logistics operations are world-class.\nJob Description\nYour Role & Impact\nFacility Launch & Scale: Lead the strategic establishment of planning processes, ERP/MRP architecture, inventory strategy, and warehouse operations for our new facility.\nOperational Excellence: Drive sustainable performance by aligning demand with manufacturing capacity, ensuring flawless material flow from suppliers to the customer.\nLeadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team.
