Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.\nPartner with production, procurement, and planning teams to ensure material availability and proactively address supply constraints.\nDeveloping conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.\nApplies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. \nResolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.\nDrive and support On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance through proactive planning, effective coordination, and timely issue resolution.\nCollaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college\n6+ years experience in Procurement, Production Planning & Inventory Management within manufacturing environment \nProven experience in ERP based planning and materials management system with strong understanding of processes\nStrong understanding of production planning, Supply Chain operations & Material management processes\nKnowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) management and hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.\nAbility to manage supplier relationships, operational risks, and customer delivery commitments.\nStrong communication skills in English, both verbal and written \nThis role requires around 10% travel within region \nDesired Characteristics\nPrevious experience working with SAP, Ariba and PLM tools\nPrevious experience or exposure to GE control systems \nStrong oral and written communication skills. \nAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs. \nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExcellent
