If you have assembly experience and are ready to work in a supportive, safety-first environment, we want to hear from you!\nJob Description\nWhy you'll love working here:\nBe part of a cutting-edge manufacturing team\nCompetitive compensation and shift premiums\nOpportunities for growth and technical advancement\nFocus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAssemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and fixtures per work instructions\nPerform preset calibration and final testing on sub-assemblies or complete units\nClean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per work instructions\nPerform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.\nCollaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity.\nTake ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency.\nUtilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, look up instructions\nUtilize work instructions, set-up sheets and method documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts.\nAbility to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation \nAbility to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation \nRequired to wear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs and safety shoes, with or without reasonable accommodation \nWhat you'll bring:\nEducation/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required.
