Job Description Summary

Abladen, Prüfen, Erfassen, Einlagern, Auslagern und Kommissionieren von Materialien und Komponenten gemäß festgelegten Prozessen. Durchführung von Buchungen im Lager- und Sperrbestand, interner Transport, Materialbereitstellung, Verladung (inkl. Ladungssicherung) sowie Mitarbeit bei Inventuren. Klärung von Abweichungen im Bereitstellungsprozess innerhalb definierter Vorgaben. Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten.

Job Description

Aufgaben

  • Abladen, Prüfen und Erfassen ankommender Materialien und Komponenten, inklusive Abgleich mit Spezifikationen (z. B. Zählen, Wiegen, Vergleich von Identitätsnummern)

  • Sicheres Einlagern von Teilen und Materialien an den vorgegebenen Lagerorten, ggf. unter Einsatz von Flurförderzeugen (z. B. Gabelstapler), sowie Schutz vor Beschädigung durch geeignete Verpackung

  • Auslagern und Kommissionieren von Teilen/Materialien gemäß Stücklisten und Transportaufträgen

  • Durchführung von Buchungen im Lager- und Sperrbestand sowie Pflege der relevanten Daten (Identitätsnummern, Mengen, Gewichte) im System

  • Interner Transport von Materialien, Materialbereitstellung sowie Verladung von Transformatoren und Komponenten inkl. fachgerechter Ladungssicherung

  • Durchführung von Kanban-Waterspider-Prozessen sowie Ausgabe und Verbuchung von Gemeinkostenmaterial

  • Mitwirkung bei Inventuren und Klärung von Abweichungen im Bereitstellungsprozess im Rahmen definierter Vorgaben

  • Tägliche Sicht- und Funktionsprüfung des eingesetzten Flurförderzeugs

  • Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten im Arbeitsbereich

Anforderungen

  • Gültiger Fahrausweis für Flurförderzeuge (Staplerschein) sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gabelstaplern, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik

  • Zuverlässige, eigenverantwortliche und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise - auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für Sicherheitsanweisungen und Dokumentation

  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP ist von Vorteil
