You will be responsible for the development, implementation, improvement, and continuous reinforcement of established Quality Assurance fundamental practices utilized across our local business.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality & Compliance: Ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures across all functional areas.\nProcess Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement plans using Six Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, 8D, and engineering studies.\nVerification & Validation: Build and execute process verification/validation plans, Master Router Plans, and detailed process flow diagrams identifying critical inputs, outputs, risks, and impacts.\nCAPA & Failure Analysis: Support continuous improvement through detailed failure analysis for non-conformances, root-cause analysis (RCA), and the site’s Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program.\nRisk Management: Develop risk management tools (such as PFMEA, DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis) and lead risk/process mitigation strategies.\nDocumentation: Create clear, comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, checklists, and forms to ensure ongoing process compliance.\nQualifications & Requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university and 1+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering experience; OR\nHigh School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Quality experience and 1+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering experience.\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to read, comprehend, and execute complex technical documentation.\nProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).\nDesired Characteristics:\nQuality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience in the Aerospace or Aviation industry, or design/manufacturing engineering experience in Aerospace, Aviation, or Oil & Gas.\nDemonstrated expertise in Quality Management System (QMS) tools and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong knowledge of Repair/services controls, verification/validation activities, CAPA, complaints, and risk management.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.\nExperience leading change, managing project teams, and performing internal/external audits.\nAbout Us\nAero Alliance is a joint venture that serves three segments of customers-its two parent companies, Baker Hughes and GE Vernova, as well as the Authorized Service Providers (ASP) network.
