uses them to quantify risk and project the impact of variables such as resource constraints, policy changes, or demand fluctuations; and translates simulation outputs into clear, objective recommendations that inform capital allocation and lean/continuous improvement decisions.\nJob Description\nModel Architecture:\nDevelop high-fidelity simulations replicating complex business environments (supply chains, operational workflows, market/demand shifts) grounded in a detailed understanding of current-state (as-is) operations\nScenario Analysis:\nUse models to stress-test initiatives, quantify risk, and project the impact of variables like resource constraints, OEE drift, or economic fluctuations.\nTranslating Insights:\nConvert raw, stochastic simulation outputs into clear, objective, decision-ready recommendations for executives and program leadership.\nSupport the lean transformation roadmap by validating process and capacity scenarios ahead of investment decisions\nBuild high-value business cases for capital investment (headcount, layout, capacity) grounded in simulation-validated data\nSupport Kaizens and continuous improvement projects with scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and efficiency recommendations\nValidate and refine models iteratively against real production data to maintain accuracy over time.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\nRequirement\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or lean/operations excellence roles.\nWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (VSM, takt time, line balancing, standard work)\nHands-on experience with DES or business/process simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, FlexSim, Arena, Simio)\nExperience with data cleaning and statistical analysis such as t-testing, ANOVA, and regression.\nHave basic knowledge on Java program.\nDemonstrated ability to translate operational data into quantitative models and back into business recommendations\nExperience supporting Greenfield site design, Brownfield capacity/efficiency projects, or automation business-case validation\nStrong data analysis skills to convert production/operational data into model inputs\nAbility to communicate complex, stochastic simulation results simply and objectively to non-technical/executive stakeholders\nComfort working directly with plant/site teams to gather ground-truth process data\nIntellectual curiosity and a builder's mindset;
