Set expectations, share updates early and link decisions to customer outcomes.\nDefine scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Manage changes through documented impact review and approval.\nBuild and maintain integrated schedules, spot variances early and guide recovery actions.\nManage cost, margin, forecast accuracy, cash flow and billing readiness. Work with commercial and account teams to find ways to expand customer value.\nKeep a current log of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID log). Escalate with facts, options and recommendations.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, clarify who is accountable and bring commitments to completion.\nApply Lean, Agile or traditional methods to suit each project, and share lessons learned with colleagues.\nAbout You You are a collaborative program manager who builds trust with customers and colleagues, and you enjoy guiding complex software projects to a successful handover.\nRequired\nMajor experience managing customer-facing software, technology or systems integration projects.\nExperience managing scope, schedules, finances, risks, change control and executive reporting.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through complex delivery situations.\nWorking knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid and Waterfall (step-by-step) approaches.\nClear communication with technical, commercial and executive audiences, including director-level customers.\nPreferred\nExperience delivering electric utility software, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), energy management or outage management systems.\nPMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner) or Certified ScrumMaster certification.\nExperience with global, distributed teams and implementation partners.\nEducation A formal education and subsequent Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant subject is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.\nWhy GE Vernova GE Vernova employees rise to the challenge of building a world that works.
