and organizational requirements.Job Description\nProject Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for HVDC projects covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.\nSupport defining project control standards, planning structures, progress measurement systems, and reporting frameworks.\nEnsure alignment of project schedules with contractual milestones, execution strategy, and customer requirements.\nMonitor schedule performance and identify deviations, delays, and critical path impacts.\nLead schedule review meetings and provide recovery plans where required.\nProject Controls Management\nSupport establishing and implementation of project controls processes, tools, and governance mechanisms for HVDC projects.\nTrack project progress, productivity, and performance against approved baselines.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule, cost, resource utilization, and project delivery.\nProvide accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.\nSupport change management processes by assessing schedule and cost impacts of scope changes.\nRisk & Opportunity Management\nIdentify, assess, and monitor project risks and opportunities related to planning, execution, interfaces, and delivery.\nFacilitate mitigation and recovery planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nSupport the development of contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and enhance execution certainty.\nCost & Performance Coordination\nWork closely with project managers, finance teams, and commercial stakeholders to integrate schedule and cost controls.\nSupport budget tracking, cost forecasting, earned value analysis, and financial performance reviews.\nEnsure alignment between project progress measurement and financial reporting.\nStakeholder & Interface Management\nAct as a key interface between project management, engineering, procurement, construction, site teams, and customers on all planning and controls matters.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely inputs, schedule updates, and issue resolution.\nPresent project control insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and project review boards.\nGovernance & Reporting\nPrepare and issue weekly/monthly project control reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and project governance processes.\nSupport project reviews, audits, claims preparation, and lessons learned activities.\nDrive continuous improvement in project controls methodologies, systems, and reporting practices.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.\nSignificant experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or project management roles.\nProven experience in large, complex infrastructure, power transmission, energy, EPC, or HVDC projects.\nStrong knowledge of project planning and controls principles, including scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.\nExperience using project planning and controls tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, or similar systems.\nStrong understanding of project lifecycle management in engineering and construction environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience specifically in HVDC, substation, grid, transmission, or large-scale power projects.\nKnowledge of earned value management (EVM), delay analysis, and claims support.\nFamiliarity with cross-functional execution in multinational or matrix organizations.\nRole Expectations:\nEnsure robust planning and controls are in place for successful HVDC project delivery.\nDrive schedule visibility, execution discipline, and proactive issue resolution.\nSupport project profitability and customer satisfaction through accurate forecasting and performance management.\nContribute to on-time project completion and effective closure through
