It combines financial control discipline with data engineering and automation, replacing manual reporting cycles with self-service, always-current information.Job Description\nWhat will you do:\nOwn and maintain project cost and commercial controls, including BoQ baselines, scope changes, invoicing, cash-flow forecasting, and variation tracking.\nMonitor project costs, margins, commitments, and actual spend, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.\nSupport contract administration, including claims, change orders, payment milestones, and invoice reconciliation.\nMaintain project schedules and baselines, tracking milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nConsolidate project progress data and provide forward-looking reporting to identify schedule, resource, and delivery risks.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards covering cost, progress, contract status, and overall portfolio performance.\nAutomate and standardize reporting and data processes using Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, and other project control tools.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across project reporting, with appropriate reconciliation and audit controls.\nPrepare and present monthly project reviews to senior leadership, translating financial and schedule data into clear insights and recommendations.\nPartner with Project Managers, Finance, Tendering, Supply Chain, and Delivery teams while promoting consistent project controls standards and ways of working.\nWhat will you bring:\nBachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of progressive experience spanning documentation control, contract financial analysis, data analysis and project services within a large engineering or industrial organization.\nDemonstrated ownership of cost, progress and contract reporting on a mega-programmed, including BoQ generation, scope-to-item analysis and tracking of invoiced, remaining and not-yet-started scope.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\nProven experience managing cashflow and invoicing data flows in partnership with Finance, with a measurable reduction in billing disputes.\nExperience supporting operations across multiple regions.\nWhat will make you stand out :\nMicrosoft Power Platform capability (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) applied to reporting and control workflows.\nAdvanced Excel including VBA-based automation ;
