Als Projektleiter koordinieren Sie diese Entwicklungen direkt mit den unterschiedlichen Stellen und stellen so die Einführungen in unseren Produkten sicher. Als Ingenieur und Projektleiter in unserem Entwicklungsteam sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von neuen Baugruppen und Systemen inkl. deren Auslegung. Als Projektleiter koordinieren Sie diese Entwicklungen direkt mit den unterschiedlichen Stellen und stellen so die Einführungen in unseren Produkten sicher. Durch die Umsetzung von innovativen Ideen helfen Sie mit, die Produkte stets auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu halten.

Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln von elektrischen und mechanischen Baugruppen und Geräten im Sektor gasisolierte Schaltanlagen von der ersten Idee bis zur Industrialisierung
  • Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten zusammen mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Entwickeln von neuen Ideen und Lösungen für technische Aufgabenstellungen
  • Auslegen von Bauteil-Konstruktionen anhand von elektrischen und mechanischen Berechnungen und Simulationen mit den entsprechenden Tools
  • Technische Unterstützung der internen angegliederten Abteilungen
  • Konstruieren und Modellieren von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Automatiker, Konstrukteur oder ähnliche technische Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau Stufe HF/FH
  • Effiziente, strukturierte, proaktive und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisatorische und leitende Fähigkeiten
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Berechnungen und Simulationen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, bevorzugt Creo
  • Deutsch fliessend, gute Englischkenntnisse
