Au sein du département Ingénierie Services, vous pilotez une équipe d’ingénieurs et techniciens en charge du suivi , du développement et de la validation de systèmes de contrôle commande convertisseur electriques.
Ces équipements électriques entrainent le process électrique de nos clients pour le business Electrical Marine, O&G et Industry dans le cadre de projet de modernisation.
Votre mission
- Manager et développer une équipe de 10 ingénieurs et techniciens.
- Organiser les activités, priorités et ressources en fonction des projets.
- Être le référent technique sur les sujets contrôle-commande et conversion électrique.
- Piloter la résolution de problématiques techniques et les choix de conception.
- Garantir les objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais.
- Développer la standardisation et l’amélioration continue.
- Collaborer avec le Commerce pour proposer des solutions techniques compétitives lors des appels d’offres.
Votre profil
- Diplôme d’ingénieur en génie électrique, électrotechnique ou informatique industrielle.
- Expérience solide en Engineering, idéalement en contrôle-commande de machines électriques ou électronique de puissance.
- Leadership, capacité à fédérer et à prendre des décisions.
- Excellentes capacités de communication.
- Anglais courant est un must.
