The role is responsible for contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, commercial risk assessment, deal structuring, and governance throughout the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process, driving profitable growth while protecting the company's interests.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nLead commercial risk assessment for customer proposals and bids.\nDraft, review, redline, and negotiate customer, consortium, teaming, and subcontract agreements.\nDevelop negotiation strategies and lead contract negotiations with customers and partners.\nEnsure compliance with internal governance, approval, and risk management requirements.\nPresent deal structures, risk profiles, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership for approval.\nPartner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to secure compliant and profitable orders.\nManage multiple opportunities concurrently across varying levels of complexity, scope, and geography.\nDrive continuous improvement of contracting, risk management, and commercial processes.\nSupport customer meetings and negotiations through regional travel, as required (approximately 10-15%).\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from accredited university.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, bid management, commercial operations, or a related field, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.\nStrong understanding of contract law principles, commercial risk allocation, and contract negotiation.\nFluency in English (spoken and written)\nFluency in French or Arabic (spoken and written)\nDesired Characteristics\nExperience in power, energy, EPC, transmission & distribution, or infrastructure sectors.\nFluency in both French and Arabic.\nExperience with multinational customers, consortium arrangements, and cross-border projects.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.\nAdditional Information\nRelocation Assistance Provided: No\n#LI-Remote -
