accurate forecasting, strong collaboration with commercial teams, customer communication.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management\nLead the execution of Grid Automation projects, ensuring effective delivery, resource utilization, compliance with EHS rules and alignment with organizational objectives.\nEstablish and maintain the project management infrastructure required for delivery, including effective interfaces with:Finance\nCompliance and legal\nCluster operations management\n\nManage project timelines, budgets, risks and resource allocation to ensure successful execution and achievement of business goals.\nImplement and improve project management processes, tools, governance and reporting mechanisms.\nEnsure transparent reporting of key project and business KPIs, including:Sales\nContract margin\nBilling\nForecasts\n\nSupport business planning and provide accurate project and business forecasts.\nTeam Leadership and Resource Planning\nLead and manage the Substation Automation and Protection team in the design, implementation and delivery of technical solutions.\nPlan engineering and other project resources proactively in line with project timeline.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality and continuous improvement.\nTechnical Leadership\nCoordinate and guide engineering teams across design, configuration, validation, testing and commissioning activities.\nSupport and supervise Validation activities and Acceptance Tests to ensure solutions meet design requirements and quality expectations.\nProactively manage technical risks and support resolution of technical issues during project execution.\nEnsure adherence to safety, regulatory and company requirements in all technical solutions and project processes.\nCustomer and Commercial Support\nCooperate closely with the commercial organization and other Grid businesses to maximize business growth and strengthen market position.\nBuild customer trust in the company's local expertise and execution capabilities throughout TSO, DSO, industry, Oil&GAS and generation asset owners.\nServe as a senior point of contact for customers, consultants and contractors on technical and project matters related to Grid Automation solutions.\nLead technical discussions, customer reviews, clarification meetings and solution presentations.\nSupport tendering and sales activities by reviewing specifications, defining compliant technical solutions, identifying execution risks and contributing to proposal development.\nPromote strong collaboration between project management, engineering, service and commercial teams.\nAdministrative and Compliance Responsibilities\nOversee administrative responsibilities related to project team management and EHS.\nEnsure compliance with internal processes, legal requirements and company policies.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure EHS requirements are embedded in project execution.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.\nMinimum 7 years of project management experience in Protection & Control / Grid Automation business.\nPrevious experience in team management and leadership of engineering or project teams.\nKnowledge of SAP ERP is strong plus\nFluent in Russian\nFluent in English\nKazakh is a strong plus\nAdditional language skills are an advantage.\nDesired Characteristics\nProven expertise in field service commissioning processes in electrical installations.\nKnowledge of Protection, Control and SCADA design and its configuration.\nDeep knowledge of protection and control products, their functions and applications is a strong advantage.\nExperience with project management tools and methodologies.\nStrong technical depth combined with project delivery capability and leadership skills.\nAbility to take ownership of complex project and technical scope.\nAbility to coordinate teams, manage customer interfaces and ensure successful delivery from design through FAT, commissioning and handover.\nStrong capability to represent the protection and control discipline confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.\nSound judgment, decision-making ability and problem-solving skills in dynamic project environments.\nExcellent communication, leadership and interpersonal
