network.Job Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nThe proposed role will serve as a senior technical integrator and problem-solving lead with the ability to:\nCarry out technical reviews and align problem-solving resolutions\nArticulate high-complexity technical challenges clearly across different levels of key stakeholders\nDevelop and communicate an aligned strategy to direct cross-functional teams toward closure\nCoordinate resolution activities across NRI engineering, special process engineering, repair qualification engineering, and repair shop teams\nServe as a focal point for technical challenges originating from “Andon” tickets and facilitate execution of “Forge” project activities.\nStrong engagement with Technical Leaders and Controlled Title Holders to promote technical rigor and risk management.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering field of study from an accredited college or university\nMinimum of 15 years of engineering experience (Preferable in manufacturing, Services, repair, or design environment)\nTravel to repair centers, customer sites, and other locations as needed globally (~10%)\nDesired Characteristics\nIndustrial gas turbine design, repair, or manufacturing experience with background in special processes (machining, joining, coating, inspection, etc.)\nLean training or equivalent quality training\nStrong mechanical design and analytical background\nAbility and established track record with project management to resolve complex tasks or problems and drive projects to completion\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization functions.\nDemonstrated mentorship of colleagues with less experience\nProven ability to identify and integrate best
