Manage baselines, critical paths, and project changes through rigorous impact assessment and approval.\nFinancial & Commercial Stewardship: Manage project financials including cost, margin, forecast accuracy, cash flow, and billing readiness. Protect profitability while identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with account teams.\nRisk & Issue Management: Maintain a current, actionable RAID log.
