Understand key business metrics and establish connections with operational data analysis.
Facilitate critical operational activities, including but not limited to outage planning, parts escalation, and quality containment actions.
Responsible for tracking the timely placement of demand for Parts Repair and Services, coordinating with various stakeholders (e.g., Customer Portfolio Managers, Service Directors) to support outage planning and fulfillment.
Actively participate in the implementation of global standard tools and systems within the region, collaborating with global key stakeholders.
Support demand forecasting for outages, parts, and repairs by leveraging expertise in data analytics.
Contribute to processes that investigate data and make complex information more accessible and actionable through data visualization and analytics solutions for the entire organization.
Design and execute analytic projects, generating insights to inform business decisions using advanced analytical techniques.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Degree, preferred majors: STEM , Statistics, Data science, Business, Supply Chain Management etc.
Proficient in excel (pivot tables, formulas) etc fundamental data processing capabilities
Learning & Adaptablitiy: quick learner of business model & operating process, adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
Responsibility & Attention to Detail: Meticulous working style, prioritizes data accuracy, and independently completes basic tasks and timely feedback
Communication & Collaboration: strong teamwork skills; effectively communications needs and progress with cross-department colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Python, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
6 Months commitment or more
Proficient in English, speaking / writing /reading
