This role will report into the Software & Controls Solutions Business Operations Leader and partner across value streams - win, design, buy, build, execute - with focus, oversight, and responsibility to ensure efficiency, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the lean operating strategy for Software & Controls Solutions aligned to Business Operations priorities, growth objectives, and efficiency targets.\nPartner across Business Operations value streams, Software & Controls segment teams, and stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment of Kaizen Promotion Office standards and the Lean Operating Method.\nOwn Lean Operating Method deployment by assessing baselines, identifying improvement opportunities, coaching leaders, and driving maturity across all required elements.\nStrengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving to improve process effectiveness, execution discipline, and measurable performance outcomes.\nDefine and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, participation, reporting, and sustainment, including support for Leaders Driving Change and enterprise kaizen initiatives.\nManage sustainable productivity program through integrated value stream roadmaps, simplification of complex processes, waste reduction, lead-time improvement, and cross-functional alignment.\nChampion innovative solutions, including automation and AI, to improve execution, scale best practices, and enable more efficient and effective processes.\nBuild an inclusive culture of continuous improvement aligned to the GE Vernova Way, with strong focus on EHS, quality, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.\nDeliver consistent, measurable, and sustainable year-over-year results on key KPIs through Lean Roadmap development and implementation.\nWhat you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of progressive experience in implementation and leadership in Operations / Lean / Quality / Continuous Improvement, with experience in deploying Lean.\nStrong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating methods.\nEnglish fluency\nWillingness to travel 20-50%\nWhat will make you stand out:\nLean practitioner, capable and experienced on facilitating kaizen events and coaching the core tools such as Daily Management, structured Problem Solving, Value Stream and Process Mapping, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement.\nDemonstrated influencing and lean problem-solving abilities; High Say-do ratio\nStrong proven track record of delivering on business KPIs, ideally with strong emphasis on successfully leveraging Lean methodologies.\nAbility to listen, learn, act and scale.\nProven change driver with focus on executing efficiently in a complex, diverse and dynamic cross functional global team.\nHighly collaborative and transparent, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
