You will actively coach and mentor team members to accelerate their technical and professional growth.\nOperational Management: Oversee work assignments, schedules, and personnel activities, including performance management, recruitment, and HR initiatives.\nTechnical Stewardship: Ensure the delivery of robust design solutions, technology strategies, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
