You will lead the continuous optimization and configuration of our financial technology stack, drive system integrations, and ensure our platforms evolve to meet the needs of a dynamic global business.\nJob Description\n Roles and Responsibilities \nIn this role, you will:\nDrive Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives: gather requirements, facilitate feedback loops, and fine-tune product features to align with business needs. \nWork with cross-functional teams to deliver features in Trax and Quantum \nDemonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing. \nManage the sprint backlog and short-term product roadmap to ensure consistent delivery of monthly releases. \nEngage frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions. \nTranslate ambiguous business requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and clear work units for development teams. \nPartner with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy and harmonized development process across the different applications PODS. \nApply Agile Methodology and Lean tools \nEducation Qualification\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. \n5 to 8 years of experience in technical product management, software development, or a treasury-related systems role. \nDesired Characteristics \nTechnical Expertise:\nStrong knowledge of software design and coding principles \nExperience working in an Agile environment \nDemonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as APIs, data transfer, security, coding, databases. \nBusiness Acumen:\nDemonstrates interest in learning business treasury function and processes \nDemonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems \nSkilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts \nHas the ability to analyze impact of technology choices \nSkilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
