software testing & quality assurance, with at least 5+ years in a lead role.\n\nStrong expertise in test management, automation, and performance testing tools (e.g., Selenium, HP Quick Test Professional, JMeter, LoadRunner, Cypress).\n\nUnderstand test frameworks, automation techniques, and testing methodologies (Katalon/Selenium)\n\nJava technology background, ability/familiarity to code at least in Core Java\n\nAbility to write scripts (one of bash/ksh, python or groovy)\n\nExperience using CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)\n\nHands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.\n\nUnderstand Jbehave/Cucumber framework, Java languages and different design patterns\n\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in Electrical Utilities industry domain or other regulated industries is a plus.\n\nCertifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, CSM, SAFe Agile, or PMI-ACP are advantageous.\n\nExposure to AI-driven testing, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and security testing is a
