As an Infrastructure Architect, you will work under limited supervision to perform integration and engineering tasks, configuring secure and reliable systems that support our mission-critical utility customers.\nWe will not be sponsoring candidates that require Visas now or in the future for this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Integration: Integrate network hardware, operating systems, and third-party software according to project design criteria and performance objectives.\nDesign & Implementation: Collaborate with lead engineers to implement designs within project schedules.\n Technical Support: Conduct functional system testing, prepare hardware documentation (design drawings, setup plans, configuration manuals), and support customer demonstrations.\n Operational Tasks: Handle physical hardware installation (racking, cabling, labeling) and provide support for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.\nProfessional Engagement: Communicate effectively across organizational levels and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.\nAvailability: May require extended hours, on-call rotation, and occasional travel to domestic or international sites.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of hardware design or integration experience\n Technical Proficiency:Minimum 1 year of Solid experience with VMware, Windows, and Linux\nMinimum 1 year of Networking expertise (TCP/IP, configuring switches, routers, and firewalls)\n1 year of Hands-on hardware installation skills\n\nSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\nPreferred Skills (Assets)\nAbility to implement highly available systems (no single point of failure)\nExperience with Kubernetes and AWS\nFamiliarity with RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) protocols (serial and IP)\nProficiency in MS Office and Visio for technical documentation\nWork Environment & Requirements\nHybrid Schedule: Minimum of two days per week required on-site at the Lynwood Datacenter\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to move heavy equipment, storage boxes, and files.
