guides, and internal standards to ensure consistency and quality.\nUpdate existing documentation based on product changes, customer feedback, and release cycles.\nSupport documentation activities in Agile workflows, including sprint-based updates and release documentation.\nMaintain documentation assets in content management systems (CMS) and documentation platforms.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support documentation requirements for enterprise applications and products.\nLearn and apply structured authoring, version control, and publishing workflows as required.\nRequired Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow documentation standards and style guides.\nExperience supporting documentation projects for enterprise applications.\nHands-on experience with Oxygen XML Editor, XML, and DITA.\nGood understanding of technical writing principles and documentation workflows.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Confluence, Git, or similar collaboration and version control tools.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nQuick learner with the ability to understand technical products, tools, and documentation systems.\nStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nExposure to software documentation and enterprise products.\nExperience with documentation publishing tools and/or Component Content Management Systems (CCMS).\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with API documentation.\nExperience working on AI-related projects.\nExposure to leveraging AI for documentation creation, review, or process improvements.\nExposure to documentation automation initiatives and process optimization.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nTechnical writing certification, course completion, or equivalent training is preferred.\n2-5 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, documentation
