The position plays a critical role in securing profitable projects through disciplined tender governance and strong technical judgment.\nJob Description\nWhat will you do:\nProposals Management\nTechnical Analysis of customer needs/RFQ to define and offerproducts/Service/Solutionsbased on DS Agile / G500/ GPG/ AAA portfolio, Cyber Security, MiCOM and Multilin range of products. In some potential bids, Packaging with Telecom and M&D scopes are to be concluded\nEnsure Complaint offer to the technical specifications in accordance with tender requirement\nIdentify & Flag Key Risks and ensure the mitigation plan in Risk & Opportunity register\nManaging & Implementation of the Return of Experience (ROE)\nEnsure proposals are in accordance with commercial and execution strategies\nEnsure technical Derogation and approvals intact, if applicable for finalizing the technical solution\nEnsure completion of site assessments (site visit/review) for Brownfield/Existing Substations & site\nMaintaining the Typical circuits /schemes /solution in Tendering Tool to facilitate future offerings\nEnsure the respect of technical and commercial offers time schedule to serve sales force in due time maintaining improvised quality level of Bids\nReview and respond to Technical Clarifications of bid and presenting the solution to the customer\nSupport order booking as per signed contract/PO, ensure budget margins & drive an improved Operations turnover process\nSupport the Sales team in commercial and technicalmeetings/negotiationswith customers\nBid Process Management\nEnsure the complete bid management phases to ensure compliance to Company's policy & Instructions\nEnsure Bid Management process in context to package offering towards the customer\nEnsure conducting different tender reviews internally with all stakeholders as per Tender Due dates\nConduct Transfer Meeting and hand over relevant documents to operations team\nCosting and Pricing Analysis\nReview and maintain Tendering Hit Rate (Submission %age and Win rate with Quality Bids)\nResponsible for review and analysis of cost and price preparation & calculations\nResponsible for having formal quotes of third-party products/systems and updating in Tendering tool in line with sourcing\nResponsible for ensuring correct costing in Estimation tool in accordance with latest updates\nCost Optimization & Risk Analysis: Challenge product/solution costs and delivery costs in tenders\nCommercial/ Technical win loss Analysis of Bids\nWhat will you bring:\nBachelor's degree in engineering preferably in Electrical/ElectronicEngineering or equivalent experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in tendering, commercial, engineering or relevant functions\nComprehensive knowledge and understanding of grid automation, protection and DCS/SCS\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English\nWillingness to travel internationally up to 10-15% of the time, based on business needs.\nWhat will make you stand out:\nTelecom and M&D knowledge will be a plus\nUnderstanding and knowledge of MENAT customer requirements and specifications\nComfortable in hybrid working conditions\nUnderstanding of commercial contracting guidelines\nPro-active approach with excellent interpersonal & communications skills\nAdditional Information\nRelocation Assistance Provided: No\n#LI-Remote -
