The role requires autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and the ability to solve problems using sound technical knowledge and judgement within established procedures.\nJob Description\nJob Description\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nFollowing all EHS guidelines, policies, and safe working practices\nReceiving and unloading deliveries from suppliers\nChecking goods for accuracy, quantity, and damage\nStoring products in designated warehouse locations\nPicking and packing orders accurately\nPreparing orders for dispatch and shipment\nLoading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently\nStowing stock into designated locations on vessels\nConducting stock counts and inventory checks\nMaintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems\nKeeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe\nFollowing 5S and Lean Principles\nSupporting projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEssential Skills & Experience\n· Previous experience working in a warehouse environment\n· Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications\n· Experience using ERP/WMS systems\n· Valid Forklift and Stacker Licence\n· Experience or knowledge of dangerous goods storage\n· Electrical or mechanical education and/or relevant experience\n· Oracle / ERP knowledge and experience\n· Strong management and operational skills\n· Ability and willingness to work effectively in a multicultural team environment\n· Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time\n· Ability and willingness to respond to emergency calls at weekends\n· Ability and willingness to work off-hours and weekends as required to support the business\n· Self-motivated, able to work with minimal guidance, and willing to learn from others\nDesirable Skills & Knowledge\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience working in a parts warehouse or logistics environment, ideally with experience as a Warehouse Associate on an offshore project\nAbility to work effectively under physical and time pressure\nTeam player with a decisive and practical approach\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nWind turbine generator experience is an advantage\nAdditional Information\nShift Pattern:\n2 weeks on and 2 weeks off: from 6am to 6pm\nWhy This Role Matters\nWarehouse Operatives are critical to ensuring materials are received, stored, controlled, and released safely and efficiently.
