Your responsibilities will include testing prototypes, test turbines, and components, by contributing to the planning, installation, and operation of measurement systems for wind turbine validation projects.Job Description\nEssential responsibilities:\nSelf-execute, or coordinate with third parties, field testing to contribute at designing, validating, and certifying onshore and offshore wind turbines.\nOrganization and procurement of test equipment, selection of vendor, communication and negotiations with vendor and external institutes.\nManage contracts with independent test institutes to ensure high-quality test data and reports are received on time.\nTravel to global test site locations to install, monitor, troubleshoot data systems.\nReporting and communication to certification bodies.\nConduct the data analysis, and present the results to internal stakeholders.\nOperate wind turbines in specific operation modes according to test requirements.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor or above degree in Engineeringor related technical field or equivalent experience.\nExperience in working with measurement systems.\nAbility to work effectively in a global team.\nAvailability to travel to test sites and climb wind turbines.\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects.\nAnalytical and clear-thinking mindset, capable of investigating issues, summarizing information, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions.\nBasic Wind turbine system knowledge.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English.\nValid class B driver's license.\nDesired characteristics:\nExperience in data analysis and software, Python, Matlab, FAMOS, or comparable.
