and design improvements\nExecute and document subsystem and component/software validation test plans\nEvaluate power circuit protection and coordination\nParticipate in FMEA and risk assessment and root cause analysis activities\nResolve field service cases and support failure investigations\nProvide technical clarification of designs with suppliers, manufacturing, and services teams\nTest and qualify components/firmware for production and resolve issues as needed to maintain product quality\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University\nDesired Characteristics\nHighly motivated, self-starter, energetic, positive, flexible in changing environments\nAbility to demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving, learning
