The role requires strong attention to detail, SAP & Concur experience, and effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.\nEnsure the accurate and timely recording of expense invoices in SAP\nPrepare weekly payment plans and monitor the related processes.\nPerform vendor account reconciliations and ensure accurate balance and current account checks.\nPerform vendor clearing activities and carry out the necessary foreign exchange difference calculations.\nProcess employee expense forms into Concur system and ensure the accuracy of the related accounting records.\nPerform employee accounts reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.\nManage and follow up the review and approval flow of daily incoming invoices with related departments (procurement, logistics, etc.).\nRecord month-end payroll entries in the accounting system.\nEnsure that all accounting and finance-related records are maintained accurately, completely, on time and in compliance with company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nUniversity degree in Accounting, or related fields\nProfessional
