You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification, supported by a dedicated team who will help you develop new skills and build your career.\nAs an Apprentice Service Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Service Team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.\nWith training and support, you will learn how to:\nSupport the setup of new customer accounts and maintain customer records.\nAssist with raising and managing service calls.\nCreate purchase orders and support invoice processing activities.\nHelp issue work orders to Field Service Engineers.\nMaintain accurate records of engineer attendance, holidays, and absences.\nSupport the preparation and distribution of engineer schedules and diaries.\nAssist with preparing service reports and updating business systems.\nLiaise with customers to schedule service visits and respond to enquiries.\nUpdate maintenance logs and ensure records are kept accurate.\nSupport the team with general administrative tasks and documentation.\nLearn how to prepare customer quotations and service-related paperwork.\nMonitor and maintain data within company systems.\nWork closely with engineers, service managers, and other departments to support business operations.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to work well within a team.\nA proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges.\nGCSEs (or equivalent) in English
