technical support and onsite meeting.\nService Operation\nDelivery of top service execution with ensure optimum utilization of the FSE and continuously improve service personal competency to meet customer’s requirements\nFirst point of contact for service sales and service execution\nMonitor overhaul execution and job reporting \nMonitor and control stock level\nFulfilling ISO and local governance requirement\nEvaluates field service reports and assures adequate completion, areas for correction, and selling opportunities such as service recommendations, plant retrofits and upgrades\nParticipate in the preparation of annual service departmental budget and capital appropriation. \nMakes clear agreements with internal and external parties and ensures compliance & safety\nExecute any new direction from superior / organization\nTo ensure workshop is fully functional and equipped with necessity (tools, machines, etc.)\nManage and constantly improve workshop, its assets, tools, methods of work to ensure ease of operations.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nCandidates with experience in servicing, engineering, site installation or commissioning would be added advantage\nExperiences and/or process knowledge in application sectors such as Palm Oil, environmental, Food will be added advantage\nMinimum 3 -
