Used across diverse industries, they enhance the sustainability and efficiency of production processes globally.Would you like to be part of our Team?\nDevelop and manage business opportunities for the Bakery line by promoting and selling spare parts, technical services, maintenance, upgrades, and improvement solutions for industrial bakery equipment.\nThe position is responsible for strengthening commercial relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of the division’s sales, profitability, and growth targets.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nMain Responsibilities\n1. Business Development and Customer Management\nManage and develop the Bakery line customer portfolio.\nIdentify commercial opportunities within the installed equipment base.\nConduct technical and commercial visits to identify maintenance, spare parts, and process optimization needs.\nBuild long-term commercial relationships with current and potential customers.\nFollow up on business opportunities through to commercial close.\n2. Technical Sales and Service Solutions\nPromote the sale of spare parts, preventive and corrective maintenance services, and equipment upgrades and modernizations.\nUnderstand the customer’s technical needs and propose suitable solutions.\nCoordinate with engineering, technical specialists, and international factories to define solutions.\nPrepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals.\nNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service scope in accordance with company policies.\n3. Commercial Management and Operational Follow-up\nManage commercial opportunities through the CRM, ensuring information is up to date and reliable.\nDevelop and maintain the sales pipeline and forecast.\nFollow up on quotations, sales orders, and commercial projects in coordination with the support team.\nCoordinate with the logistics, purchasing, technical service, and operations areas to ensure commercial commitments are met.\nIdentify and promptly escalate risks related to deliveries, material availability, or customer requirements.\n4. Achievement of Commercial Targets\nMeet sales and Order Intake targets.\nEnsure the profitability of commercial opportunities, considering margins and pricing policies.\nDevelop strategies to increase service and spare parts sales.\nMaintain regular tracking of opportunities, results, and commercial projections.\nIdentify growth opportunities in strategic accounts.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nRequired Profile\nEducation\nDegree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Food, or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales.\nCommercial experience in industrial machinery and equipment.\nExperience in the bakery, food, or industrial processing industry is desirable.\nKnowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance, spare parts, and technical services.\nExperience in negotiation and development of industrial accounts.\nTechnical and Commercial Knowledge\nIndustrial bakery processes and equipment.\nInterpretation of technical specifications and customer requirements.\nPreparation of technical-commercial proposals.\nUse of CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nManagement of commercial indicators, forecast, pipeline, and profitability.\nIntermediate-to-advanced English for communication with factories and international teams.\nKey Competencies\nResults orientation and
