The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude combined with process engineering knowledge, enabling them to support both equipment performance and production process optimization at customer sites.The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nInstallation & Commissioning\nPerform installation, start-up, commissioning, and validation of homogenizers and related processing equipment.\nConduct equipment performance testing and ensure compliance with operational specifications.\nSupport factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).\nMaintenance & Troubleshooting\nExecute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, process, and operational issues.\nTroubleshoot high-pressure homogenization systems, pumps, valves, seals, pistons, hydraulic systems, and associated process equipment.\nConduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.\nProcess Support\nAssist customers in optimizing homogenization processes to achieve target product quality and production efficiency.\nProvide technical recommendations regarding pressure settings, flow rates, product characteristics, and process parameters.\nSupport process improvement initiatives for dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and liquid food applications.\nCustomer Support\nProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers.\nDeliver operator and maintenance training programs.\nPrepare detailed service reports and recommendations following service visits.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.\nSpare Parts & Service Sales Support\nIdentify opportunities for spare parts replacement, equipment upgrades, and service contracts.\nSupport sales teams with technical assessments and customer consultations.\nProvide cost-effective maintenance recommendations.\nCompliance & Safety\nEnsure all service activities comply with company safety standards and customer site requirements.\nFollow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and pharmaceutical industry guidelines where applicable.\nMaintain accurate documentation and service records\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in:\nMechanical Engineering\nChemical Engineering\nProcess Engineering\nIndustrial Engineering\nFood Engineering\nMechatronics Engineering\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of field service, maintenance, or process engineering experience.\nExperience with homogenizers, high-pressure pumps, separators, heat exchangers, filling systems, processing equipment, or rotating machinery is highly preferred.\nExperience supporting food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing plants is advantageous.\nTechnical Competencies\nMechanical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nPumps and fluid handling systems\nBearings, seals, pistons, and valves\nHydraulic and pneumatic understanding of:\nPLC systems\nVFDs\nInstrumentation and sensors\nElectrical troubleshooting\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent customer-facing communication
