You will be responsible for the financial steering of our Nordic business and will also play an active role in divisional controlling and reporting topics.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nFinance Business Partner for the Nordic region\nFinancial oversight and controlling of GEA Farm Technologies Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland)\nTrusted sparring partner for local Managing Directors and the management team\nAnalysis of sales, earnings and cost development, and clear, actionable recommendations based on it\nSupport for the local organization in meeting its financial targets\nRunning and coordinating the forecast, budget and planning processes\nMonth-end closing and reporting\nActive involvement in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings under IFRS\nAnalysis of and commentary on financial performance, and preparation of management reports\nEnsuring high data quality and transparency in reporting\nBalance sheet and P&L analyses in close cooperation with local finance teams and the Shared Service Center\nDivisional Performance Controlling\nContribution to performance management and steering topics across the Farm Technologies Division\nPreparation of ad-hoc analyses, business cases and management presentations\nFurther development of reporting, forecasting and controlling tools\nSupport for international projects that standardize and optimize finance processes\nParticipation in cross-functional initiatives on performance management, digitalization and transparency\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nDegree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting\nSeveral years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A or finance in an international company\nStrong business acumen and experience in analyzing financial KPIs\nSolid knowledge of month-end closing and reporting processes, and a good understanding of IFRS\nExperience with SAP and modern BI/reporting tools is an advantage\nExcellent Excel skills and confident use of PowerPoint\nExperience with Danish GAAP or other Nordic local accounting standards is an advantage but not a requirement\nIndependent, structured and solution-oriented way of working\nStrong communication skills and enjoyment of working with international teams and senior management\nBusiness-fluent English skills\nDanish language skills are an
