Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Bearbeitung von nationalen und internationalen Angebotsanfragen sowie Kundenaufträgen
  • Professionelle Beratung unserer Kunden zu technischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Außendienstes im gesamten Verkaufsprozess
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Angeboten und Aufträgen in SAP R/3, inklusive Pflege der Stammdaten
  • Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Technik, Produktion und weiteren internen Abteilungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bestell- und Abwicklungsprozesses

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund oder technische Ausbildung / technisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise im Bereich erklärungsbedürftiger Investitionsgüter
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hohe Affinität zu technischen Produktlösungen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (R/3) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift
