In this role, you will be responsible for the design, optimization, and upgrading of industrial equipment and production areas. The main objective is to ensure mechanical solutions that strictly comply with international standards for hygiene, food safety, and high operational efficiency, transforming concepts into real-world production systems.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nDesign, edition and management of plant diagrams (Layouts)\nDesign, edition and management of process diagrams (P&IDs)\nReview engineering delivered by workshops, e.g. detailed engineering of tanks and pressure vessels.\nTo create and verify construction diagrams.\nValidate manufacturing processes in the workshop, with stainless steel and carbon steel, with an emphasis on hygienic industry.\nDevelop 2D Project for different disciplines, such as, Instrumentation & Control, Processes, Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial, focused on sectors Food and beverage Industry.\nExcellent mastery of 3D modeling under AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Inventor software, providing the company with reliability and efficiency.\nThe designs developed are for the food industry and hygienic design standards must be followed (pasteurizers, valve skids, warm-up skid, etc)\nGeneration of bill of materials, with counts by diameter and isometric, by means of 3D Software for equipment manufacturing.\nTrace pipeline routes, isometric generation of mechanical assembly in the field freehand or through 3D design software.\nMake details of the existing installation\nTo management of contractors\nAvailability to travel within and outside the country, 30% of the time.\nTo have a valid visa to enter EEUU is desirable. \nAssist mechanical Designer and Team Leader in project development.\nCreate Purchase Requisition and material delivery follow-up.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation.\nSupport preparation of technical reports and design calculations.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nDegree in engineering Mechanical, electromechanical\nExcellent mastery and 3D modeling under AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3d, AutoCAD Inventor software.\n(Valuable) 4+ years of experience in 3D design.\n5+ years of demonstrable experience in industrial project designs, steam and condensate networks, skid tanks, and piping diagrams.\n(Valuable) Knowledge of main engineering calculation and design tools\n(Valuable) Vessel simulation with Compress software\nTracking of mechanical manufacturing, dimensional checking and
