You’ll harness the full power of SAP’s MRP and inventory management modules - and ensure our master data is accurate, consistent, and optimised - to guarantee materials arrive exactly when they’re needed. Your work will directly influence our ability to meet deadlines, control costs, and maintain world-class service levels.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and maintain the SAP MRP process - from master data accuracy to running MRP simulations and executing planning runs.\nEnsure all material master records, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and work centre data are accurate, complete, and up to date in SAP.\nAnalyse SAP-generated demand and supply proposals, adjusting plans to align with production schedules and lead times.\nMonitor inventory levels in SAP daily, identifying risks of shortages or overstock and taking proactive action.\nCollaborate with procurement to convert planned orders into purchase orders and track supplier confirmations in SAP.\nWork closely with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.\nUse SAP reporting tools (e.g., MD04, MB52, ME2N) to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.\nOptimise SAP parameters (lot sizes, safety stock, reorder points) to improve planning accuracy and reduce waste.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including data governance and master data quality projects.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nProven experience in MRP and inventory planning within a manufacturing environment.\n Advanced SAP skills - hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules is essential.\nStrong understanding of SAP transactions for MRP (MD01, MD02, MD04), inventory analysis, and purchase order tracking.\nSolid knowledge of Master Data Management -
