We will consider all equal and we welcome all applications.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nSparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.\nHR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments.\nNegotiation, execution and checkup of work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements.\nSupporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding.\nEducation, development and career planning.\nDevelopment and application of working conditions.\nOrganization development.\nExecution of (global) HR projects.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nYou hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management.\nYou have 10 years’ experience with general HR themes.\nYou have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics.\nYou have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production.\nYou have a high sense of integrity and open communication.\nYou have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.\nYou have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator.\nYour Italian and English language skills are excellent (C1-C2).\nWhat We Offer\nThe position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.\nThe indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €50,000 and €70,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment.\nThe overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.\nGEA is proudly certified as a Top Employer, confirming our commitment to employee well-being, development, and empowerment.\nReady to engineer a better world with us?
