Reporting directly to the Senior Director Financial Performance Management NPE Division located in Düsseldorf, you will work in an international and dynamic environment with a high degree of responsibility.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nYour responsibilities\nPrepare monthly management reporting, including actual vs. target analysis, and support the planning process\nExtract, validate and analyze large data volumes from different sources\nTurn complex data into clear visualizations and management presentations\nPrepare ad hoc analyses and special evaluations to support business decisions\nDevelop and optimize controlling processes, reporting tools and data quality\nIdentify opportunities to make financial performance management more efficient and transparent \nYour Profile / Qualifications\nYour profile\nUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling\nSeveral years of relevant experience in controlling, financial performance management, management reporting or a comparable role are an advantage\nConfident user of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Think-Cell is a plus\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with an affinity for numbers and digital tools\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly\nFluent in German and English and comfortable working in an international environment\nIndependent, proactive and structured working style with a strong team-oriented mindset\nYou don't meet every requirement?
