Come and join our team in Wommelgem, Belgium.Responsibilities / Tasks\nAs PMO/Program Manager, you are responsible for maintaining oversight of our project portfolio and ensuring that projects are aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives. You transform project data into actionable insights, enabling management and project teams to make well-informed decisions.\nYou will act as the central coordination point between project managers, functional teams and leadership, ensuring visibility of project performance, risks, resource utilization and key milestones. Through accurate reporting, portfolio governance and continuous improvement, you help drive successful project execution across the organization.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and digital skills who is eager to grow into a broader strategic PMO or Portfolio Management position in the future.\nYour Responsibilities:\nMaintain end-to-end visibility of the project and program portfolio.\n\nDevelop and manage dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.\n\nCollect, analyze and consolidate project data into meaningful insights.\n\nMonitor project performance, budgets, schedules, risks and resource utilization.\n\nSupport leadership with data-driven recommendations and portfolio insights.\n\nEnsure consistent governance, reporting standards and project management processes.\n\nIdentify portfolio-wide risks, dependencies and escalation points.\n\nDrive continuous improvement of portfolio management tools, reporting methods and decision-making processes.\n\nFacilitate communication between project managers, functional teams and senior stakeholders.\n\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\n\nExcellent skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.\n\nAffinity with AI applications and digital technologies that improve efficiency and reporting.\n\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.\n\nExperience in a project, PMO, portfolio management or business analytics environment is preferred.\n\nA proactive attitude and ambition to develop towards a more strategic PMO leadership role.\n\nOur Offer:\nA competitive salary package including company car, meal vouchers, group insurance, health insurance, etc.\n\n20 vacation days + 12 ADV days (40 hours working week)\n\nAn international work environment and opportunity to work with top pharma customers.\n\nFlexibility in working hours.
