Responsibilities / Tasks Know manufacturing processes in the LFF industry as a pre-engineering:Process dimensioning Production time schedules (if needed) Cleaning In Place Specs (flow rate, pressure, temperature, concentration and distributions) Layout (Matching process requirements: Process flow, drains, operation and safety requirements…) Calculation of product losses Preparation of flowcharts, block diagrams, P&ID´s for basic and detailed engineering using 2D design tools available in GEA. Perform the Mass and energy balances in the process sold (if needed). Dimensioning of thermal and mechanical equipment (pumps, pipes, steam, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation…) for the non-sanitary and sanitary installations in LFF industry.
