In this role, you will act as a key link between Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, and suppliers, ensuring that sourcing activities, commercial objectives, and project requirements are aligned. From supplier management and cost optimization to supporting strategic transformation initiatives, you will play an important role in delivering value across the entire project lifecycle in a dynamic international environment.\nProject Procurement Coordination & Execution\nServe as the primary procurement interface for Project Management, Engineering, Planning, and Controlling.\nCapture key project inputs: scope of supply, organization chart, equipment list, budget, preferred vendors, and special technical/commercial requirements.\nCoordinate sourcing activities with Strategic Buyers and Category Managers.\nEnsure Procurement participation in Make-or-Buy decisions.\nSupport early sales/proposal phases and provide updates in weekly calls, stage-gates, and SteerCo meetings.\nCollaborate with Logistics to track transport risks, import/export constraints, costs, and lead times.\nProject Procurement Execution & Commercial Management\nSupport the development and execution of the Project Procurement Plan (PPP) for assigned projects.\nDrive project-specific cost optimization, savings opportunities, risk mitigation, and lead-time adherence.\nManage day-to-day supplier interaction and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and commercial topics.\nEnsure compliance with Procurement processes, including competitive bidding, PR/PO processes, contracts, approvals, and preferred supplier requirements.\nSupport efficient resolution of procurement-related operational issues during project execution.\nEnsure that project procurement activities are aligned with applicable category strategies and global Procurement policies.\nIndirect Procurement\nSupport and coordinate Indirect Procurement activities across the cluster, covering local and cross-functional requirements.\nManage sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQs, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection.\nEnsure the use of preferred suppliers, framework agreements, and negotiated commercial conditions in line with Procurement policies.\nSupport internal stakeholders in defining requirements and identifying cost optimization and standardization opportunities.\nCoordinate with relevant Category Managers and Procurement stakeholders to ensure alignment with global and regional category strategies.\nSupport supplier performance, contract, and commercial issue management as required.\nTransform360 / SAP Migration Support\nSupport Procurement colleagues during the transition, helping to ensure business continuity and effective adoption of new processes and ways of working.\nCoordinate Procurement-related activities and requirements arising from the migration, working closely with impacted stakeholders.\nSupport the resolution and follow-up of Procurement process issues, data requirements, and operational topics related to the migration.\nContribute to testing, implementation, and stabilization activities from a Procurement business perspective.\nCapture lessons learned and support the transition from temporary migration activities into stable operational processes.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nDegree in Engineering;
