We have a project management network globally, which we all benefit from.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure the clarification, specification and execution of each project from the initial quotation phase to commissioning, handover, follow-up and project completion\n\nGenerate buy-in among your stakeholders and motivate your team to ensure that all aspects of a project are moving in the same direction\n\nMake sure that your projects are delivered safely, within budget and according to scope, quality and schedule\n\nOversee and ensure that customers are managed properly and that their satisfaction levels remain high during the execution of each project\n\nCollaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments and functions, ranging from Sales to Supply Chain, Finance (project budget and cost control) and Risk management of customer focused projects.\n\nTravel as needed to sites as projects are implemented and for customer meetings\n\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nProfile And Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field highly preferred.\n5+ years of Project Management experience in related projects, preferably in Industrial Heating and Refrigeration.\nPossess PMP License, or willing to obtain within 1 year of being in role.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nStrong ability to navigate unforeseen challenges and deescalate situations.\nThe typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.\nThe pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
