You act as the central point of coordination for both internal teams and the customer.\n.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPorject Management & Governance\nEnsure project governance in line with the project quality plan\nManage project budgets, timelines, and overall financial performance\nMonitor and control cash flow throughout the project lifecycle\nIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks proactively\nPrepare and issue project change notes when required\nProvide monthly project status reports to site management\nTeam Leadership & Coodination\nLead and guide a cross-functional project team\nTranslate and communicate customer requirements into clear actions\nOrganize and lead alignment and follow-up meetings with department leads\nEnsure all team members are aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines\nCustomer Management\nAct as the single point of contact for the customer from kick-off through FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to SAT (Site Acceptance Test)\nOrganize and lead regular meetings with the customer\nManage customer expectations and translate them into internal actions\nEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project\nStakeholder Engagement\nOrganize and lead monthly steering committee meetings with management (customer and internal stakeholders)\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent with relevant experience\nExperience in a project management environment is a plus\nUsed to working in an international environment and dealing with different regions and countries\nMust possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently\nExcellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.\nOur Offer:\n A competitive salary package including company car, meal vouchers, group insurance, health insurance, etc.\n20 vacation days + 12 ADV days (40 hours working week)\nAn international work environment and opportunity to work with top pharma customers.\nFlexibility in working hours.
