We value mutual respect and appreciate our differences.\nInternally, you will work with project managers, electrical and automation engineers, process and mechanical engineers, as well as colleagues in Commissioning, Procurement and Service. Externally, you will collaborate with customers, panel suppliers, installation companies, and commissioning subcontractors.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nThe Electrical Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering electrical scope for projects from concept through commissioning and handover. The role involves managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.\nYou will assess technical and delivery options, coordinate supplier actions and implement corrective measures to protect delivery and project profitability. Where changes affect scope, costs or milestones, you will present your recommendations to the Project Manager.\nMore specifically, you will:\nLead and control electrical scope for projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.\nPlan deliverables, scope activities, milestones and resources in line with the overall project plan.\nCoordinate electrical designs and equipment specifications, ensuring compliance with legislation, customer requirements, internal engineering standards and project-specific safety and quality requirements.\nDefine supplier and subcontractor packages, support technical bid evaluation and selection, and follow up on specifications, clarifications, delivery, costs and documentation.\nPrepare site activities, inspections, ensuring the required permits, competencies and safety measures are in place before work starts; coordinate testing and verification, including factory and site acceptance activities where applicable, and close outstanding points.\nAssess change requests, obtaining approval before committing to changes affecting contractual scope, price, schedule or risk.\nComplete the documentation and structured handover to the customer and Service, including as-built updates, certificates and test records where applicable.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nYou are highly organised and excel at maintaining an overview of the entire project lifecycle, identifying potential challenges early and proactively finding effective solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to mediate between stakeholders, manage change effectively and resolve unforeseen issues as they arise.\nWe imagine that you:\nHold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineer or a related discipline; equivalent technical education with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.\nHave experience in electrical engineering and multidisciplinary project delivery for within food and dairy industries, process equipment, machinery or engineered-to-order projects, including customer-facing technical coordination and management of supplier, subcontractor and procurement deliverables, schedules, costs and risks.\nHave working knowledge of power distribution, motors and drives, control panels, cabling, protection concepts and associated documentation.\nUnderstand technical interfaces, applicable electrical standards and machinery/process-plant safety, alongside installation, testing, commissioning and handover practices.\nSpeak and write English at a full professional level.\nWould you like to know more?\nIf you would like to find out more about this position before submitting your application, please do not hesitate to contact Director Project Execution, Jørgen Pedersen, phone no. +45 2779 7111.\nPlease apply via the indicated link.
