accountability, the Project Manager coordinates multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and customer stakeholders to achieve project objectives while maximizing customer satisfaction and project profitability.\nProjects may comprise various process technologies across the dairy, beverage, food, and liquid processing industries.\nResponsibilities / Tasks\nProject Leadership & Execution\nLead assigned projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, startup, and project close-out.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and project budgets.\nEnsure project milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are achieved within agreed timelines.\nMonitor project performance, identify risks and mitigation actions, and proactively manage project deviations.\nDrive project profitability through effective cost control, change management, and resource optimization.\nManage project forecasting, financial reporting, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary interface between customers and GEA throughout the project execution phase.\nLead project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, technical discussions, and customer status updates.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure customer expectations are clearly understood, managed, and fulfilled.\nAddress commercial, technical, and execution-related issues in a timely and professional manner.\nProject Coordination\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Automation Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Site Services.\nEnsure engineering activities are completed according to specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.\nReview and approve technical deliverables, project documentation, and design changes.\nManage procurement and equipment delivery schedules to support project timelines.\nCoordinate installation, commissioning, and startup activities with internal and external stakeholders.\nRisk, Quality & Compliance\nIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nEnsure compliance with GEA standards, customer specifications, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.\nMonitor scope changes and manage variations through established change management processes.\nEnsure proper project documentation, version control, and document management throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSite Execution & Commissioning\nSupport site installation and commissioning activities as required.\nCoordinate resolution of technical and commercial issues during project execution.\nEnsure punch-list items, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities are completed successfully.\nSupport customer operator training and handover activities.\nLead project close-out, final documentation submission, and warranty handover processes.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in:Chemical Engineering\nMechanical Engineering\nElectrical Engineering\nFood Engineering\nDairy Engineering\nProcess Engineering or related discipline\n\nExperience\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in project execution, engineering, commissioning, or project management within theDairy, Food, Beverage, or Process Industry.\nProven experience managing capital equipment, process systems, or turnkey process plant projects.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing customer-facing projects.\nDemonstrated project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management experience.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong understanding of dairy, beverage, and liquid food processing technologies.\nKnowledge of process engineering principles, including mass and energy balances.\nGood understanding of pumps, valves, instrumentation, automation, utilities, and process equipment.\nFamiliarity with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation processes.\nUnderstanding of contractual, commercial, and project financial management principles.\nPersonal Competencies\nStrong leadership and decision-making skills.\nExcellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.\nStrong communication and
