We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company.Responsibilities / Tasks\nManaging end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in Poland and selected EMEA countries.\nPartnering with managers and advising them on talent acquisition strategies.\nProactively sourcing candidates using modern sourcing techniques and tools.\nSupporting candidate interviews for hiring managers and People Partner throughout the selection and decision-making process.\nBuilding long-term relationships with candidates and developing talent pipelines.\nCreating engaging job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.\nParticipating in international HR projects and sharing best practices with the global recruitment community.\nDriving employer branding initiatives in support of the People Partner through participation in job fairs, cooperation with universities, and industry events.\nAnalyzing recruitment metrics and initiating improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency.\nEnsuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nHave experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes.\nAre comfortable using direct search methods and proactively engaging candidates.\nHave a strong command of both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.\nAre fluent in at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or another European language).\nCan build strong partnerships with managers and have a solid understanding of business needs.\nAre self-driven, well-organized, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.\nCan effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.\nHave experience in international recruitment and knowledge of ATS systems Workday -
