Our team works closely with dairy producers to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance.\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our skilled service team.\nThe Role :\nAs a Refrigeration Technician at DairyFlow, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of all refrigeration systems on dairy farms, primarily focusing on Mueller milk cooling tanks, silos and associated plant. You’ll ensure systems run efficiently, meet industry standards, and support dairy farms in maintaining milk quality and cooling performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCarry out routine servicing and maintenance of bulk milk tanks and cooling systems\n\nDiagnose and repair faults in refrigeration units and associated electrical systems\n\nRespond to on-site breakdowns quickly and efficiently\n\nInstall new refrigeration units and upgrade existing systems as required\n\nPerform refrigerant handling in compliance with F-Gas regulations\n\nMaintain accurate records and complete service reports\n\nProvide technical support and advice to farmers and the DairyFlow team\n\nParticipate in a shared on-call rota for emergency breakdowns\n\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nWhat We’re Looking For\nQualified Refrigeration Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)\n\nF-Gas certification\n\nExperience in agricultural, dairy, or commercial refrigeration preferred\n\nStrong fault-finding and repair skills\n\nAble to work independently and manage time effectively\n\nFull UK driving licence (or equivalent)\n\nGood communication skills and a customer-focused approach\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and overtime opportunities\n\nCompany van, tools, PPE, and uniform\n\nIndustry training, including GEA system training\n\nA supportive, knowledgeable team and varied, hands-on work\n\nThe chance to support forward-thinking, tech-enabled dairy farms\n\nDairyFlow is an equal opportunity employer.
