PLC, SCADA, HMI\nSoftware FAT / SAT\nFDS Review / Write Up\nVarious Document Preparation\nRemote Site Support\nOn Site Commissioning\nTechnical Lead for Projects\nMulti-Project Management\nMentoring Junior / Associate Engineers\nTasks:\nSoftware Logic Development in Siemens with GEA Standard\nHMI / SCADA Screen Development in Siemens with GEA Standard\nReview FDS and develop program with GEA standard\nPrepare Documentation like Alarm & Interlock list, User Access Specification, HMI Instruction etc.\nParticipate in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ by following Protocol with reporting\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nWork Experience:\nBachelor of Engineering Degree in Instrumentation & Controls, Electrical, Electronics or similar education background\n5-8 Years\nExperience in Pharma, Chemical, Dairy, or Food industries.\nSkills:\nStrong hands-on experience in Siemens TIA Portal, PLC, HMI, SCADA programming.\nKnowledge of SCL, LAD, FBD, STL and ISA-88 (S88) standards.\nAbility to read and understand P&IDs, electrical drawings, and instrumentation systems.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nKnowledge of GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and documentation practices.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nExposure to Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, or other automation platforms.\nKnowledge of ATEX, SQL Database, VMware/ESXi, and Client-Server architectures.\nBasic knowledge on Electrical drawings reading and components identification.\nSelf-Learning Capability \nTasks:\nSoftware Logic Development in Siemens with GEA Standard.\nHMI / SCADA Screen Development in Siemens with GEA Standard.\nReview FDS and develop program with GEA standard.\nPrepare Documentation like Alarm & Interlock list, User Access Specification, HMI Instruction etc.\nParticipate in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ by following Protocol with reporting.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nSoftware Development -
